Registration

The Tour de Kalamunda - Zig Zag Prologue is a time-trial cycling event to be held on Sunday 29th May 2011 and open to a total of 50 teams and 150 individual competitors only. Online registration and payment is required to secure a position in the race. Competitors MUST bring proof of identity and registration details to the registration tent on the day of the race and be ready to start not less than 15 minutes before their scheduled start time.

All competitors will receive an email advising their start time for the race. Start times will also be available on the Kalamunda Chamber of Commerce website from the 23rd May 2011.

Competitors will also receive upon completion of the race a 'goodie bag' courtesy of our sponsors.

• I understand that this event is being conducted under the auspices of Cycling Australia (CA) and its affiliate CycleSport Victoria. In signing this form I am also purchasing a Permit for temporary membership of CA for the duration of this event.
• Such a Permit includes a limited level of insurance cover under the CA Insurance program. This cover includes any non-Medicare expenses incurred, which are not recoverable from any other source, up to a maximum of $2,000 for any one claim.
• Public Liability cover is provided for a sum insured of $20,000,000. The period of cover is from the actual start of the event to the finish line or withdrawal from the event by the participant, including any preparatory warm-up activity officially scheduled as part of the event.
• Conditions are subject to change without notice. (Maximum cover under the CA insurance scheme can be obtained by becoming a fully registered member. CA Insurances are managed by Willis Australia Limited)
