This award recognises those locally owned organisations that offer customers a superior shopping experience, maintain a high level of physical or online store presentation and have a record of excellent customer service.
Excellence Online
This category recognises businesses that have built a powerful and engaging online presence, whether through e-commerce, digital services, innovative platforms or standout social media. Finalists will demonstrate how their digital presence enhances user experience, strengthens customer relationships, and drives measurable business results. This award honours a local not-for-profit organisation that places a positive social impact at the heart of its mission to enhance the community. Recognising their dedication to operational excellence and their innovative approaches to addressing local needs.

This award honours entities that excel in delivering exceptional personal services, enhancing the well-being and satisfaction of its clients. Recognising entities that stand out in the areas of personal care, fitness, training, beauty and similar services.
Outstanding Professional Services
This category celebrates the vital organisations that deliver outstanding services within our community. Open to a broad range of service providers, including those in primary healthcare, finance, legal, engineering, planning, surveying and education.
Outstanding Trade Specialist
This award recognises tradespeople who demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship, reliability, and professionalism, along with a strong commitment to customer service and integrity. Eligible nominees may include electricians, plumbers, builders, carpenters, mechanics, and other licensed trade professionals.
Outstanding Allied Healthcare Services
This award recognises exceptional allied health providers or practices delivering high quality care that supports the physical, mental, or emotional wellbeing of the community. Eligible nominees may include physiotherapists, psychologists, occupational therapists, podiatrists, dieticians, speech pathologists, chiropractors, and other allied health disciplines.
Outstanding Local Product
This award focuses on our local producers and manufacturers and celebrates their efforts to create and market a product in our unique hills environment. This award recognises locally made products that offer a point of difference from
their competitors. This includes but is not limited to: home & garden, beauty wellness, fashion & lifestyle, horticulture, food & beverage etc.
Excellence in Environmental Sustainability
This award honours businesses or organisations that demonstrate a genuine and measurable commitment to environmental sustainability. It recognises those leading the way in reducing their environmental impact through innovative practices, sustainable operations, and community leadership and a winner will be chosen from the pool of finalists.

People’s Choice
Your favourite entity operating in the City of Kalamunda. Every nominated entity is automatically entered into this award and are subject to a popular vote. The winner will be the enterprise attracting the greatest number of votes. Anyone living in the City of Kalamunda is eligible to vote.

This award is given to a newer, nominated enterprise that is considered to have outstanding future potential. The award winner is selected by Business Station from all nominees in all categories
Chairperson’s Enterprise of the Year
