Workshops and Sundowners
All workshops and sundowners (where paid events) are paid for at the time of booking online. Unless otherwise stated in the event booking details, fees paid can only be refunded if notice of cancellation is given at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the event. Tickets for all events are transferrable so if you are unable to attend you can nominate another person to attend although there may be an additional fee for non-members.
The Kalamunda Chamber of Commerce Inc. is a subscription membership organisation. Memberships are invoiced at the date of joining and then annually on every annual anniversary date (at the rates set by the Executive Committee and published on this website) until notice of cancellation is given in writing in accordance with the Chamber’s Rules. If a member has not paid the annual membership fee within a period of 3 months from the due date, the member ceases to be a member on the expiry of that period. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Business Excellence Awards
Tickets for the awards night are booked and paid for online. Only financial members of the Chamber of Commerce are eligible to purchase tickets at the discounted members rate. Prices are inclusive of GST.
Cancellation Policy: If minimum numbers are not met, you will receive notification of the cancellation and your payment will be reimbursed. Any cancellations made within 7 working days of the scheduled event will not be refunded or credited, but may be transferred. Cancellations must be made in writing (including email).
