Join local business owners for our next Sundowner with Kalamunda Toyota, as we celebrate the launch of the much anticipated all electric Toyota Hilux EV.
This is a relaxed, business focused evening where you can get an exclusive first look at the new Hilux EV while catching up with other local operators over great hospitality from Joe, Dominic and the team at Kalamunda Toyota.
If you’re in trades, construction, landscaping, logistics or any business running heavier vehicles, this is a particularly good one to get along to. The Hilux has long been a workhorse for WA businesses, and this new electric version is designed to bring that same toughness with lower running costs, strong torque, and a shift toward cleaner, quieter fleet options without losing capability.
It’s also a solid chance to chat about what electrification could look like for your own fleet, whether you are just starting to explore options or already planning future upgrades.
Come along, have a drink, connect with other business owners, and be among the first to see what’s next for one of Australia’s most trusted utes.
Date: 6 August
Time: 5-730pm
Location: Kalamunda Toyota, 43 Canning Rd Kalamunda WA 6076
More details on the vehicle here: Toyota Hilux EV.

Winning Big brings together business owners, industry leaders and procurement experts for a practical morning focused on one thing: helping you position your business to win larger, more complex and more valuable work.
Across a structured program of presentations, real-world insights and live discussion, this event will take you inside what it actually takes to move from smaller jobs to major contracts, and build a business capable of delivering them.
The morning begins with networking and breakfast, before moving into a focused Business Growth Forum. This session unpacks how to prepare your business for expansion, where to find new opportunities, and how to price and position yourself competitively when pursuing larger work. It is practical, direct and grounded in real industry experience.
You will then hear from Kevin Fitzgerald, Managing Director of Rigsafe Lifting Solutions, who shares his journey from hands-on operator to leading one of Western Australia’s most respected lifting and rigging businesses, and the lessons learned along the way about growth, capability and leadership.
A live industry panel discussion and Q&A follows, bringing together perspectives from business leaders and procurement specialists who understand what it takes to get selected, stay competitive and grow sustainably in today’s market.
The morning wraps up with some fantastic door prizes, before an optional deep-dive workshop focused on tender writing and supplier development for those wanting practical, hands-on support.
Whether you’re preparing to scale, looking to enter new markets, or ready to compete for bigger opportunities, Winning Big will equip you with the insights, connections and confidence to take the next step.
